Hello, I’m Meredith!
I trace the beginnings of my love of interior design to rainy summer days growing up. My childhood babysitter’s favorite rainy day activity was to bring over her parents’ catalogs and we’d draw floor plans, select furniture, décor, appliances, even paint colors. It was basically our own pre-internet version of Pinterest! Somehow I didn’t end up studying interior design in college (I studied Marketing and Art History at the University of Denver) but I did end up working in retail home furnishings for over two decades! Over the years I’ve worked with clients on everything from holiday tablescapes to studio apartment space plans to furnishing a newly built custom home top to bottom.
Park & West Home was created out of my desire to design beautiful, personalized spaces for clients with the flexibility and breadth of resources that e-design allows for. I truly love to share my design knowledge, so the Park & West blog page covers styling tips, product roundups, “how-to” posts, and education on design-related topics.
I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband and our rescue dog, Marley. I love to cook and entertain and I’m a big art lover. My digital print shop on Etsy—Park & West Print Shop—offers a curated selection of museum-quality downloadable art prints.
